I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being close to New York New York and other major attractions, which made it convenient for my stay. The rooms were quite modern but felt just a touch dated, and though the staff was generally friendly, I encountered some issues with inefficiency. The dining options were decent, and the value for what I paid was reasonable, but it didn't completely exceed my expectations.
